Check-in is any time after 12:00 PM — please arrive before sunset for a safe, smooth setup. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Park on the street and check in at the office before pulling your rig into the park.

8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pet-friendly park-wide — pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Traveling with pets? Our Private Oasis sites have enclosed lattice fencing.

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due on arrival — cash, check, or card.

Please park only in your assigned space, don't block dumpsters or sidewalks, and keep your site free of clutter and debris. Bag trash and keep dumpster lids closed.

Protecting your water line from the spigot to your trailer is your responsibility. We provide heat tape and insulation at the spigot to help you get started.

Existing long-term tenants keep their current rate until their renewal notice goes out. New bookings are at current published rates. Long-term applicants complete an application, provide ID, and sign our Crime Free Addendum before move-in.
